I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nate for over 4 years at Apple. Over this time Nate has truly shown why he is an asset to our store and every customer he interacts with. I stand behind this statement with over a decade of management experience within Apple retail.
Nate joined our team during the busiest time of the year, as a part time employee. He came in with his over-the-ear headphones ready to learn. As a part time member of our team, there is a certain understanding leadership has; these folks tend to be balancing multiple priorities in their life. Nate has never allowed outside factors to impact his level of performance.
When he takes off his headphones he’s ready and eager to engage with those around him. Not on the superficial co-worker level, but in a deeper more meaningful way. Nate does this through his passion of music. He asks questions, learns about you, and takes the conversation to places you wouldn’t believe. He sees the person in front of them for who they are and what they could be.
His current role involves managing technicians, often that have more experience than him, while being customer facing. Nate has found success by having an extreme focus for detail and a passion to serve the customer. He’s always willing to learn and finds ways to support and lift up his peers. Nate stays organized while never allowing the process to bog down the person in front of him.
I am excited and honored to recommend him for a role at Synch Agency. He is a special talent and we’re so happy Apple could foster and fine tune his skills before moving on to a role within his field of passion. Without reservation, I recommend Nate.
